Selecting a community
Finding the right community is as important as finding the perfect house. You probably can't imagine your next home without thinking about your new neighbors, friendships, or your child's new school. Historic Downtown Charleston
The great thing about living in Metro Charleston is that there is such a sense of history in the historic district. Founded in 1670, Charleston has many antebellum homes, museums, shops, and parks just waiting to be explored. Historic homes here are quite expensive, but can be stunningly beautiful. Mount Pleasant and the East Islands
Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island and the Isle of Palms constitute the "East Cooper" area. This area of Charleston County has the best public school test scores, the highest rated recreation dept. in the state, and a very low crime rate. Although the real estate prices are somewhat higher here, the highest appreciation over the past few years has been here as well. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for!"

Summerville
Located approximately 20 minutes northwest of historic Charleston, Summerville is the perfect home for raising the kids. The schools are first class, real estate prices are somewhat lower, and there is ready access to the interstate for travel into Charleston.
